USF has a bad record but they have talent. That team is 1st in the nation in tackles for loss and 2nd in sacks. They are seriously a few bounces away from being 8-1 on the season. their kicker was money tonight and he can't hit a straight on chip shot from 27 yards out to beat rutgers last weekend.
