Post Sports Live: What does ACC expansion mean for Big East?

Former Players

Z-BEST
Up front, senior defensive end Zary Stewart (Upper Marlboro, Md.) is starting to emerge after a slow start. The 6-4, 260 pounder stayed in the weight room during the offseason and emerged stronger and faster. So far this season, Zary has 11 tackles (8 solo), 4 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and two QB hurries in the Bears' first three games. He is a relentless pass rusher with a terrific motor and will certainly be one to watch as the Bears prepare to get started in conference play.

SU awarded $3 million grant for soft materials research

Found this article on the Top 60 Players in Orlando while reading the story about James Washington. Washington is rated as the 13th best player in the area, higher than some players who have verbaled or have offers from schools like Miami. Bobby Van Werner of course goes to the same HS as Washington; he comes from SU stock and would like to come too.

The list includes Taylor Barton but he has since verbaled to Illinois.

How about Joe Pa flapping his gums about RU

1. He is helping an alum
2. PSU as much as anyone in the B10 wants even more visibility in NJ and Metro NY.

I didn't like that Washington interview at all... Sounds like a great kid, but schools like South Carolina and Florida make me nervous...

That said, who can blame a kid for choosing SC or Florida..

I take it as Im looking but my reasons for looking just got a lot fewer.
