Its way different when you are behind. If app state wins here, it doesnt make it less a bad move to score there

App state is the underdog so to purposely not use that momentum it's foolish for them. When PSU got set and pace slowed their defense played better.

Psu had two timeouts. App state wouldve had a first down with the clock running inside the 20. Psu has to take a time out before first down to stop then and then one after firsy down. There was about 1:40 left. App state couldve taken it down to about :20 and kicked a fg.

I get it. I also hate putting it in the kickers hands at the college level. He was rattled on that long kick.
