I don't have any inside knowledge on what Wildhack is thinking, but I don't really care what the Uni's look like, just go out and win. If the Uni's help in recruiting, I say let the players design them every year. Let's be honest, a lot of us are out of touch with what 16-18 year olds find fashionable.

Yep. Everyone will be upset to switch from the uni's we just won a National Championship with. Fast forward a few years and the young old timers will be pining for the classic Dungey look.

We joke about taking this too seriously and I agree at times we do but I also think from a marketing standpoint that it is important.

There was a time when we were linked to the all-orange helmets and you knew just by those helmets which college team they were associated with. Just as PED State has the whites and ND has the gold.

Prior to 2004, these uniforms were never broken, their was no need to do a full makeover. Tweaks sure, but not a full reboot.

On a side note, I also find it weird that in year #3, the school/Nike hasn't figured out a way to sell either custom or current player specific jerseys. I get we are a smaller market but there has to be a solution. Why can't I buy a #2 Dungey uniform if I wanted to? It's also free marketing!!

That's BS!!! The uniform color is more about the FANS that pay to see them play then it is about the players!!! Make your fans happy because they will be here more than four years!!

FYI....I believe that the helmet should always be QRANGE.
