I never understand why coaches are so content to play for FGs. Unless it’s a chip shot every FG is missable. 43 yards is a should make, but far from a lock.

Thought same. Played too conservative. They had three timeouts. Could have play faked and gotten more yards.

Unlike some people I don’t consider the season thrown away. I didn’t wait 8 months to give up after 3 weeks.

I like Heupel but he seemed OK with kicking a 50-ish yarder. Totally agree, 3 timeouts and a short passing game that was clicking. If you’re on the 10 I get it. But a 43 yarder? With a kicker who looks like he’s going pass out?! Dumb.

There’s a mixed bag for sure.

Think Clemson was overrated. They got hyped because they had a lot of talent coming back but never been sold on their qb.

Ga Tech is a solid team.

Miami is legit.

FSU is an enigma thus far.

And then a lot of other average teams. And some ones that were overhyped like Va Tech.

Things are set up perfectly for Miami. So I assume they’ll choke at some point.
