With spring training starting, it's time for the annual tradition of baseball players getting hurt in strange ways. It seems like more than any other sport, baseball players find weird and interesting ways to get hurt. To start off this season, Royals reliever Brian Flynn falls through the roof of his barn.

Glenallen had a nightmare about spiders and woke up and fell through a glass table.

Yes Kent claimed he was washing his truck - which apparently looks very similar to doing motorcycle stunts.

Glenallen (where the hell's the hyphen) Hill is one of my favorite ex-Chiefs.

Kevin Mitchell got hurt eating a microwaved doughnut (which leads to other questions right there), but he also strained a muscle while throwing up.

Still, Glenallen's might be my favorite.
