weird time to ask this, but what happened to Custis?

Guy played early in the year, albeit in some weird situations, and just seems to have disappeared. What happened there? Not a guy Lester really liked? I think I remember he had a pass thrown to him 2 or 3 weeks ago, and that's pretty much it.

Given our lack of depth in hoops, Custis might get more PT for the hoops team.

Beyond me unless he just doesnt have the mental aspect down. As to Corny all he does is make plays everytime he is on the field. Saw the Funder get a few snaps which is a good thing. Custis is a puzzle for sure

Lester has put nothing of his offense in and MCDonald wasn't using him after the 1st couple games

I have seen enough of Lester's game planning and play calling to seriously question if he can handle a P5 competition. His record at Elmhurst does not portend some magical new offensive system. This is OJT for him.

I don't think so. We can afford ACC level staff salaries or we should just quit playing football.
This was Shafer's choice and there were certainly many out there with far more experience. He chose to put the band back together and it is about as efficient as the movie.

Agreed when the big full of S balogne left with all of the fixtures Shaf didnt have much choice so the band was it not sure if he would have hired others if he had more time but at this point there is no excuse he has time and things need some fixin. Lets see if the band can find the right chord

leaving late in the process . Shafer had to get a staff together quick and try to hold a recruiting class together. After last year's successful year(no matter how lucky we were) changes made no sense, this year Shafer should make some changes. McDonald leaving Is a fate of complete . Daust and Lea and Lester and nj recruiter are safe the others im open to changing but we must get a south florida guy to replace MCdonald
