That look on AWIIIs face was utterly distraught when the camera stayed on him for like a minute. His face sums up my reaction perfectly. I am distraught. I have never witnessed an SU team quit like that. They absolutely gave the middle finger to JB and the fans tonight. Just WOW.

I'm never one to over react, but it is very very clear that a fresh take is needed. this year is lost and next year looks worse. JB needs to go now, Bo Ryan style and the Hopkins experiment ends at the conclusion of the season. Then throw EVERY SINGLE resource you can muster at Jay Wright. Let him name his own price and beg if you have to.

I watched the 30 for 30 Phi Slamma Jamma last night. I saw more dunks by St Johns in this game than the documentary and the Dunk City squad did on GTown combined.

They did have some fantastic dunks - they had more dunks in that 5 minutes stretch than we have this year. That much I'm pretty certain of.

Thank god the walk-ons came in to a put a stop to that nonsense!!!!

When they went on the stretch of seemingly 10 dunks and allyoops in a row, it literally brought me back to last season when LVille did the same thing.

I wasn't mad, I wasn't angry, I was in literal shock watching with my mouth open wondering how this is possible. But then I saw DC standing on the foul line and realized how it was possible.

Walk-ons should have come in after the 12th dunk in a row. And stayed in.

Did you know that St. John's lost to LIU Brooklyn? And Delaware State?

Wanna know why? Because those teams played man-to-man.

If we play very mediocre man-to-man tonight we win by 15. St. John's stinks.

Never "coach" against who you are playing. Just roll out the ball and play zone. They start killing the zone...What do we do?? Play more zone. LAAAAAZZZZYYYY coaching for years!

Quitting is the only time a college athlete should ever be booed.

A surprising number of people in the crowd obliged. I don't exactly condone it, but the effort fell off a cliff when the deficit got to 18 or 19. They just quit. You don't see that too often; I remember the Seton Hall loss a couple years ago and a Cincinnati game McNamara's senior year when the team obviously quit and the building responded with boos.

I thought the whole thing was more amazing than frustrating. Three years in a row St. John's has come into this game and outhustled us like crazy. It's the dopiest cliche in all of sports, but it's been clear which team has wanted each of these games more. It's kind of a sad chapter for SU, now they're probably going to take the easy way out and put a stop to this series, all because they can't get the kids up to beat a crappy in-state former rival.
