In all of the debates about players and different game circumstances, I think sometimes enough credit doesn’t go to Dino Babers.

Not only is the guy a fantastic showman, but, he can coach ball. We are lucky. I’m happy to be on this sleigh ride as long as we get it.

Projects a great image. Builds a very exciting, competitive and good football team. We are lucky to have him.

To play the guy he wants to play! Nuff said. I think he has showed he will play who he thinks he can win with but also who he thinks deserves the amount of opportunity given. Very interesting guy and simply put just a guy who won't bail on you as a player

We couldn't have made a better hire.

Bringing in not just a proven commodity at HC, but also a staff that was proven -- all of whom had a successful track record -- was a godsend.

And they have an eye for talent. People like to oogle over star rankings and recruiting class rankings, but I see 3 kids out there that are true freshman 3 star recruits that to me, look like they could challenge for all ACC as sophomores. Harris, Howard and Cisco.

What might be forgotten is that he pulled Eric last week and that decision changed the game and was the difference. He had a tough decision and went with Dungey this week and he was lights out. In both cases he made the correct call and we won. His judgment at the QB position is a big reason we won twice in the last 7 days.

Not to ding Dino in any way, but let's not get dramatic w/ the stars don't matter talk. They absolutely aren't the alpha-omega, but there is a strong correlation between winning and stars.

And to beat a dead horse, I said correlation and not causal relationship. Teams loaded with star talent bust, and teams without win every year, but if I'm betting on a team and my only data point is stars, my money is going with the stars.

Agreed there’s a correlation at the top as it pertains to stars, makes winning without as many more impressive, no?

Yeah, Dino deserves a ton of credit.

We're bowl eligible and knocking on the Top 25's door, and honestly, I don't think our talent is really all that great yet.

The whole being greater than the sum of the parts comes from somewhere, and I think it's Dino.

This is probably true.

Great OP.

If only the Buffalo Bills could have Dino managing the QB position...
