Cinci, Rutgers, 'neers, L'ville, Pitt in a 5 way tie with 2 losses each. Anyone dare to predict who goes to the BCS?

Remaining schedules:

Cincinnati: @Syracuse, storz
Rutgers: @storz
West Virginia: Pitt, @USF
Louisville: @USF
Pitt: @WVU, Syracuse

Amongst the five, only remaining match up is the backyard brawl, so at the most there could be a 4 way 5-2 tie at the end of the year.

Good call by the Big East denying Rutgers and Louisville the early Dec game because they thought they would be the 2 worst teams.

Would appear if Louisville beats USF they go to the BCS game. LVille beat both Rutgers and WVU.

I am still pulling for a 4-3 first place tie.

Cincy losses to SU beats UConn. 4-3
RU loses to UConn. 4-3
WV loses to Pitt beats USF. 4-3.
UL loses to USF. 4-3.
Pitt beats WV loses SU. 4-3.

Actually UConn is still alive as well. If they beat RU and Cincy they are 4-3. So technically we could see a SIX way tie for 1st.

Don't want 6 teams since that means Cincy Would have to beat Cuse

yeah, and we have a good chance of finishing last.

We likely will finish last when we should be 4-1 at this point and on top of the league or at worse 3-2 and challenging.

We took a step backwards this season, no denying it.

Cheers,
Neil

If we finish 3-4 and the BE champ is 4-3, then we will technically be one play away (Bailey fumble vs RU) from being BE Co Champs.

I don't see Rutgers losing to UConn like we did, so at least one BE team will be 5-2.

Which ever team ends up in a BCS game is going to get absolutely rocked. Fact.

Not necessarily since it could likely be vs an ACC team who aren't power houses either.

rutgers could win a share of the league title and still be the worst team in the league. they won several BE games they had no business winning

if things fall right USF/pitt/uconn/su could all fail to get to 6 wins..

They won 3 games this year (at least) on special teams.

What pisses me off is that this conference was ours to win this year. We could have been the BCS team. We beat ourselves in every game but the Louisville debacle. They abused us. We should be a 2 loss team right now. Makes me sick.

Crazy thing is we are still in a position to end up in 4th

Cincy loses to SU and UConn 3-4
Pitt loses to WV and SU 3-4
UConn loses to RU and beats Cincy 3-4
USF loses to UL or WV 1-6 or 2-5
