With all due respect to his accomplishments in St. Louis, he had 5 guys deserving of hall of fame consideration(several of them locks) on his offense.

No NFL guys. We've tried the NFL route twice and its bitten is in the ass. Both guys tried to play college like it is the NFL when it's essentially a different sport.

Also in college you need to recruit... Most NFL guyd don't like to kiss a recruits butt. See Doug marrone.

He doesn't want to coach anymore. He's retired and living in a cabin in Montana.
