I'm a NE IPA junkie. Love the style and there really isn't a #2 for me right now.

Love Treehouse. Love Trillium. Love Aslin.

Being a NJ guy, the stuff I have the most ready access to that I really really like is Kane, Cypress, Icarus, Industrial Arts...Brix City is up and coming.

Singlecut is great but waaaaay overpriced.

I've had a ton of Aslin stuff. Some of it is pretty good but a lot of it is 'meh' to me. They tend to rush their beers and a lot of them end up being super sweet (IMO) because they're released before terminal gravity. I get a weird coffee/mocha aftertaste in almost all of their 'juicy' IPAs. I actually like their lower abv IPAs because they tend to be more focused and cleaner. Their higher abv IPAs just have too much going on for my tastes.

Agree on their lower ABV stuff being better. Their heavy stuff gets into milkshake territory.

I’ll have to try those next time out east. Also a NE IPA junkie. I’ve had some terrific juicy/hazy/unfiltered ones lately. Bearded Iris in Nashville, Mikerphone in Chicago, and Hoof Hearted in Columbus. All of them focus on that style.
