Morris is one of the current generation of sportswriters who thinks he has to "stir the pot" to sell newspapers. Even so, he didn't deserve to be muzzled the way he was by the SC AD working in collusion with his own boss. The fact that he didn't just quit and move on suggests that he doesn't have much of a spine when he isn't behind a keyboard.
I stopped taking The State newspaper years ago. It is hardly more than a gamecock cheer leading rag anymore. I guess I vote that I'm not impressed.
