What does this mean?

I was reading an article on Tallahassee dotcom which said the Norvell has had to replace a lot of assistant coaches over a short period. I don't recall that we've had that issue recently.

I'm sure that Norvell coming from a group of 5 school plays a large role on that, but it makes me wonder about our staff.

If we're not losing coaches to better opportunities, what does that say about our program? Are we paying top of the market price for assistants? Do they just love working for Dino? Are they not attractive to other programs? Combination of the above?

I hope it's a result of paying top dollar and the guys love Dino, but like most things in life I have no clue. I'm trying to avoid working today, and thought that if I ruminated on this a bit my life would in some way be better for it.

Maybe assistants see more professional future coaching at Syracuse than at Memphis.
