What happened to Harry, the orange-jacketed usher?

Sat next to us at eggplant a few weeks ago. Said he broke hip & was planning on retiring.

OE posted an article about Harry a few days ago. He had pneumonia, is recovering, and plans to be back. I noticed him missing too. He has been working games since 1947, if I remember correctly.

Harry is such a great guy. First met him in the mid 80's when I became friends with one of his nephews who I worked with. That nephew and I, along with a couple other guys, drove to the 87 F4 in a pick up truck. Harry thought we were nuts. Wasn't fun though having a tire blow out in some backwater town in Alabama. But anyways, Harry has always been such a gentleman.

Harry was ushering back when I was in school, which was quite a long time ago. I always try to go down to his corner to say hello. At one of the early games this year when I saw him missing, I talked to his replacement and asked where he was. The interloper did not know who I was talking about--idiot.
