How does anyone go anywhere without their seat belt? I don't even drive around a parking lot without it. It's just muscle memory/habit.

And he wasn’t drunk nor impaired in any way to do any of it? I’d say he was a big NASCR fan regarding the speed but even they wear 5 point harnesses to strap in.

He'd just gotten a ticket Upstate for doing 62 in a 55 zone.
(I'm guessing it was the end of the month).
