Rahme's Monday column is great. Always looK forward to it as it gives a no-filter lens at the plan.

Aside, for someone who has change the culture and talks like a disciplinarian, the penalties are sloppy and inexcusable. Awful. I guess I am supposed to blame GRob right about now.
