I liked the boom. But, many of us have been (rightfully) complaining for years that we don't use the dome as a recruiting advantage. This crew has has embraced it. They need to keep on reminding the recruits. This is what makes us different.

Two strung together words "Dome" (our identity), and "dudes" (you're rolling with our crew now).
The boom got us excited. I think #DomeDudes is geared to build an identity with the recruits.

I love it.

This is a great point to apply to the new staff's approach in general. While the last staff tried to get FANS reasonably excited with their rhetoric right out of the gate (and apparently succeeded with Boom)... Dino's staff is coming in telling us to have faith, then turning around and focusing on what matters, the recruits and developing his product. He has confidence that once he gets his recruits, and instills his offense... the fans will show up and be happy, and he knows the fans won't care what the hell hashtags are being thrown around once we're all in the Dome watching winning football again. #Domedudes may not sound great to us... but it's not FOR us... it's for the recruits to proudly tag onto their tweets and posts, and get them to feel like they've just joined a select group. I think this is just another good sign that the new staff could be what we've been waiting for, for so long.
