Tapatalk has two tabs once you go into any of the specific boards. The tabs are at the top, one says Topics, one says Stickies (Millhouse must have created that gay name). Topics is the default, and doesn't include Tacked threads. Stickies gives you only the Tacked threads.

Was a good feature of Tapatalk to separate them that way, especially when there are a lot of tacked threads, you'd be scrolling down on your phone for 10 minutes just to see recent topics.
