What is the Weather Forecast Tomorrow near Syracuse

I am considering coming from 3 hours away.

As I am not on Syracuse, or near the Interstate up to the Border.
- Is it snowing much tomorrow.
- Will the interstate be mostly clear.

Most Roads in Downtown Syracuse are fine now. The Interstates should be fine tomorrow too.

Syracuse.com is also reporting that they heated the dome up to 90 degrees to make sure the snow melted on the roof so it wouldn't collapse. It's gonna be HOT in there tomorrow.

On-street parking in neighborhoods north and east of the Hill could be awful. Was just over there and snow removal has been uncharacteristically sloppy on the side streets. Euclid is OK; Walnut, Madison, Harrison, etc. are a mess.
