What Is This 'Whitelist' Command I'm Getting?

It pops up on the site after I've been using it for awhile, and it asks for information I'm certainly not willing to provide unless I know it's legit.

Do any of the admins know about this, and what do they suggest?

It's legit. Please waitlist this site in your ad blocker. As far as I know it does not ask for any information..
