Basically the really good teams can turn it on when it counts. Its hard to discern sometimes who the good teams are during the season because its human nature for players to lose focus for some games that just aren't all that important in the grand scheme. You see shades of great play from them..and then it all goes away.
When its tourney time...the focus returns and you truly see who is who. Some excellent performances today ...UNC, WSU, KU, ISU, BAYLOR, UVA, UCLA, U of A all played really great bball...and every single one of those teams (save WSU) had extended episodes during the regular season where it seemed the wheels were coming off.
