I believe, was the new rule where once a player is in the air, the defender cannot be movingly position themselves underneath the offensive player. If they do, then it's an automatic block. Period.
If Hood was moving after CJ took off, then the play is a bucket and the foul. If I read JB's lips correctly, he was saying "that's the rule" or "that's your rule". It will be interesting to hear his commentary.
Again, if he was moving after CJ took off, it should have been an automatic block. Period.
