I’m 100% on board the Red train express to bring Syracuse basketball back to prominence. We all know it starts with recruiting and roster management, which has clearly slipped over the past 5 years.
What should we expect on the recruiting front now that Red has full control? Was he an amazing recruiter but ultimately could not overcome negatives with JB that other teams would use against us? Will he bring in a powerhouse recruiter to fill out his staff? Will he be able to get in the living rooms of top 50 players and close some McD AAs? Will young kids want to play for an unproven coach?
Those that know how he recruits and his philosophy, what should we expect?
