What should the penalty be for Stantizek?

Seeing how targeting is pretty new and there seems to be a variety of opinions on this I thought this could be a fun discussion.

I could see splits based on age and football experience so please include that as a reply.

I've never played football and I'm 38, but I think this should be a half-season ban. It was a shameful hit and the kind of hit that could eventually kill the sport. Look at the medical news about football concussions and the stuff we're learning about TBIs in general and it's clear this stuff has to be taken seriously.
