What Victor Cruz does on the field should be video fed to all receivers and taught

Does any one catch and turn better that Cruz? Sure he has the speed but his tehnique is exceptional. Open field catch and turn with emphasis on the turn and run. How many times do we see open field catches and the receiver turns into a mannequin. Of course catching the ball is the first job but lets presume at some point that becomes a matter of fact accomplishment.
