Yup. The article was not clear but when I triangulated with other articles, pretty sure that this is what the figure was referring to.

Serves me right for reading, or misreading, one article and assuming it is gospel...

Always, always, always read multiple article to try to get to some semblance of the truth - especially something like this where so much of the info is not public and, therefore, subject to, ah, "interpretation" by the writer.
