Look at the staples center. Two NBA teams and the Kings. They have Hockey games that start at 1pm and a Basketball game at 7:30. Would it be complicated, sure, but far from impossible. The war memorial isn't going away, they can use that as a practice facility. If the Cty wants to decommision it there are plenty of indoor facilities for an indoor soccer team to use during the day.
