Whats Ish need to break freshmen WR rec?

Who has the record? I just looked up Shelby Hill, Rob Moore, Marvin Harrison, Quinton Spotwood, Alec Lemon.

He's 6 catches and 143 yards from Shelby Hill's total in 1990. 2 catches away from Lemon's total in 2009 (has more yards). He has exceeded all of the rest.

Who am I missing?

I looked this up last week. The post is around somewhere. I'm pretty sure your numbers are right. Shelby Hill is #1 in receptions and yards.

A lot of touchdowns.
I'm surprised that SU's stats page doesn't include TD information.

Nit: one thing that I hate about these sorts of pages is that they ignore the fact that in days of old there were only 10 or 11 games per season. They also don't indicate if bowl games are included... I suspect that they are. I'd like each category to also include a "per game" column (and to include the top-5 of those in the listings)... to prevent some of the old-time greats from being lost.

thats why i created a web site that has all that information and is not a static page. In the process of rewriting it out of flash in the next few weeks. have some new features i want to add as well

http://upperdecksu.net/su/record_book_new.cfm

if anyone has more ideas i will add them in this rewrite. I like the per game idea.

But they didn't back in the day. It's never clear if those stats have been updated or not, where appropriate. With the explosion in the number of bowl games and championship games (potentially 15 games for players which make the national championship game), the per game stat becomes even more relevant.
