Whats with college officials obsession with calling charges?

All weekend teams were rewarded for flopping. I've noticed even some of our fans are ok with it, but every year in the tournament teams are rewarded for falling down like Reggie Miller used to. It's not defense.

In some cases it may be the only defense their coach is teaching them. Just sayin'
