What's with the stupid scheduling today?

Well I'd prefer ESPN broadcast the tournament. CBS/Turner just are awful from its studio "analysis" to in game direction (those over court cameras that look ok for football but anyone with below average intelligence can see they don't work for basketball). And of course, today's crappy scheduling.

Fox would do well with the tournament as well, but CBS and NBC have no business anywhere near it.

its been this way pretty much for 10+ years. first game sat is always stand alone. usually followed by a staggered start, then 2-3 games then usually one-two on the back end.. why they bother on a sat is the question. they have thurs games starting at 10:45 but not on sat.. they should just start at 11 and go about 1-1:30 after until done.

We can't complain too much...We'll be stand alone for about half the game. Also, we should get good ratings. The Cuse game will be a popular choice for bars nationwide. I heard we are even on in Fairbanks, AK.

Well they have two choices, put on sound, or listen to drunk Adam whine for 3 hours. I'll get some sound

Too many conversions to count, mark.. Id have a lot more, but the majority of Alaskans don't really like basketball. I'm working on it tho. Love em or hate em, a lot of people follow them now, just to have something to talk about when I come in.

Sunday is just as bad. The Duke game from Philly doesn't start until 9:40 at night. That shouldn't happen on a Sunday.

I care about basketball over here

After being screwed all season on game times, this is a blessing... We've had at least 4 8am Saturday games, countless 3pm weekday games. Toss me a bone every once in a while. I NEED THIS lol

I thought it used to be one stand alone at 1:00 , 2 games at 3 ish, 2 at 5 ish, 2 at 7 ish and 1 at 9:30 or at least that is my recollection from when I used to go out to watch the games.

I assume there are two stand alones now because the first started at 12:00 which is 9am on the west coast. Second started at a few minutes after 2 which is still only 11 out there. Not a very good game watching experience for that portion of the country.
