When do guys start announcing for draft?

Almost a week since season ended - virtually no underclassmen have announced their stay/go intentions yet... are they waiting to see what NBA is doing season/schedule wise??

We don't even know if there will be an nba season.

Some are waiting to see if the NCAA is going to seriously think about another year of eligibility.
