After the kids seasons or ours? Seems like it's been forever since we got a recruit.

This has been a very quiet recruiting year. I know that losing Lewis has hurt us as he was arguably our second best recruiter. Hopefully Dino can pull in a solid late class. We need to land a few DTs and i would expect us to go Juco if needed. One RB and hopefully an additional 2 LBs.

It's easier for kids to take OVs after their season is over. Plus I don't think the coaches have scheduled too many OVs yet. There may be a few this weekend. This class, looking at the current fishes and loaves, isn't going to be large.

I still think we end up taking 18-20. There's bound to be some attrition. Not that small of a class.

It's always possible but looking at the potential returning players most of the kids that were recruited by the last staff are gone. Most are Babers' recruits.

11 verbals plus 69 returnees equals 80. Room for 5 more; but there is always some attrition. I would think that 18-20 estimate is spot on.

And/or some more walk-ons get scholarships...like the current LS.
I'm not trying to be argumentative but so far there aren't a lot of OVs scheduled yet. I guess we will just have to wait and see. Definitely will know more by early signing day.

No idea, but, as bummed as I was about Nunn decomitting, check out what’s happening at Georgia. Yikes. The SEC is crazy!

John Emery, the nation's No. 1-ranked running back, announced he was reopening his recruitment.

Emery's decommitment is the fourth major loss Bulldogs have suffered this month to their top-10-ranked 2019 recruiting class.
Five-star wide receiver Jadon Haselwood backed off his pledge to the defending SEC champions on Oct. 2, just days before cornerback Jalen Perry and linebacker J.D. Bertrand -- both rated at four stars -- also decommitted.

It's the silly season all over the place. The time when kids that are committed start decommitting and flipping to other schools.

There's rumor of building tension and discourse in the UGA locker room centered around Fromm and Fields. I hope it continues...

Don’t see where that would have any effect on HS kids but I also realize that’s probably not what you’re implying.
