we get 10 days of practice due to our Canadian Tour in August

Before games in Canada. Per this article, NCAA allows for 10 practice sessions before summer exhibition tours.

Since it looks like first game is on August 21, practice would have to start, at latest, August 11.
More realistically, first week of August.

Edit: these guys probably get to scrimmage in two weeks or so!
