and seeing how the ACC got a huge upgrade over Maryland with Louisville this is what I think should happen from the ACC.
1.) let Maryland keep their cash,and even give delaney a nice retirement party when the day comes
2.) pay rutgirls exit fees from the big easy conference. they will stink so bad it will piss off the NYC locals on big 10 football that even pop warner teams from northern jersey will have more fans.
