The Chancellor and the super majority of the BoT are firm on this when the restrictions end. There are some BoT members that are part of the resistance. As much as you may think JB runs SUAD (Gross was an utter disaster), he doesn't run the University. Wildhack is Sevyrud"s man, not JBs. This is agreed to in writing and as long as the current Chancellor is in place at the end of the 2018, it's over...and it's time.
