I'll go with Shrader as it was unexpected. Powell teased this "amazing play" that season and it really wasn't anything special. If he did that in traffic, then that would be hands down the winner, but nobody was close to him.

My understanding is that in general, front flips are more difficult to execute (but I am not a gymnast).

Yes fronts are more difficult… and he had the ball in his stick.. Schraders was just a distraction. But as extreme pointed out Mikie missed the shot. Ha ha ha
