Which NFL QB does Dungey remind you of?

Not a believer, eh?

help us now...

For the first time in forever
There'll be magic, there'll be fun!
And I know it is totally crazy
To dream I'd find romance...
But for the first time in forever
At least I've got a chance!

Let's hope Dungey doesn't pull a Hans and get our hopes up.

I missed a great deal of the Wake Forest game because of work, but was able to catch the 4th quarter and I've seen some highlights from the game.

The QB he reminds me of the most is Tony Romo. Not in complete skill set. But mostly in the pocket awareness, escabality. Even when he rolls away from a defender it looks almost identical to the way Romo would pull it off. Has anybody else noticed it?
I'd need to see his paper mache and taste his crownies before making that comparison. After seeing him punt last Saturday, I'm going with Danny White.

Steve Pelluer and Danny White mentioned in the same thread; it is an old Cowboy fan's nightmare. I resented being called a "front runner" in the mid 90s. I had lived through Danny White, Gary Hogeboom, Steve Pelluer, and Reggie Collier.

An, at the moment, poor man's Tannehill

I think I saw someone who said something about remember Hunt's first two games... Didn't he rush for like 5 touchdowns?

I see him as a mix of Joe Montana/Dan Marino/Tom Brady/Aaron Rodgers/Brett Favre/Peyton Manning, with a little bit of John Elway mixed in as well. There's definitely a little Jesus in his game, too, and a flash or two of Zeus and Hercules.
You left out Thor.

He reminds me of ...Eric Dungey, a true freshmen from Oregon about to start the 2nd game of his college career. I am going to enjoy the moment, and his skills, and his sense of calmness, and hope that he continues to develop into something special. In that sense, Dungey reminds me of hope.

Tom Brady.....He let the air out of Wake's Defense in the 2nd. half.

YUP!

Actually I am with 007 on his take

I think ED is very good. Lots of guys can throw and run, but not too many have the poise and intelligence to successfully play the position. I think he has enough arm and speed, but his poise and intelligence are the most impressive aspect of his game. He's quickly picking up the nuances.

I just picked him up off the waivers in my fantasy football league. Dropped Brady.

Oddly, he reminds me of this stud:
