If Joe has to go, I want him to play like Richmond, not Joe. Defend as well as he can (he'll never come close to what Richmond does) and stop giving up more than he scores. Pass the ball to Buddy and Griff to get them open looks. And if he dribbles backwards and then hucks up a 30-footer, check himself out of the game, and turn in his uniform for good. Even if he makes it.

If Kadary can't go then they will be sticking to Buddy, Allan and Joe "like glue". None of them can breakdown the D like Kadary.
