Yeah we definitely have not developed well, though that seems to be changing a bit with 2021 and the upcoming one next week

Rutgers 5th worst at turning 4-stars into drafted players: 12.5%
Miami, NC State and Clemson, all in top 10 for 4 stars to drafted players
Florida State in top to for 3stars to drafted players:
Duke in bottom ten below Syracuse.

Interesting discussion about 3-stars and how many there are which makes analyzing them difficult. The author wishes the services would utilize 2 and 1 stars more.

I can't read the article. But pretty sure we also have had almost the lowest 3 star rankings average of most of the schools. So not everything is exactly apples to apples even though that is what they are trying to do. Over that time period most of our 3 stars are not the high 3 star variety.
