Who is our best player?

Up until a few years ago, there were regular threads during the season in which posters ranked the performance of scholarship players. It was highly subjective, of course, as some based their rankings on most recent performance, while others based it the totality of the season and other criteria. As I recall, some people were strongly opposed to these threads and they were eventually stopped.

There still are.

Right now it seems to be a different guy each game. I think by the end of the season it will be clear who the best player is: Battle.

At least for the near term, I'm going to go with the player who beats Georgetown.

Lydon is our most talented player, but the best so far? I'm gonna go with Frank Howard. Not that he's been great, but considering both ends of the floor and overall contributions from all the rotation players, he's got my vote right now. Narrowly.
