No Estime in the slot?My guess is Ishmael, Lewis, Avant and Strickland for wideouts. Fredericks and Phillips as thunder and lightning in the backfield.
Estime has questionable hands in my opinion. His route running and pursuit of the ball was not good at time. He is a great returner. No Estime in the slot?
Wondering if Moe Neal will play as a true frosh and break in somewhere in that mix...X-AC/Custis, Z- Ish, H-Bris/Womack, Y-Avant/Enoicy. RB- Fredericks/ any combo of McF, Morris, Strick & Erv.
Possibly in the slot or backfield. I think Lewis will fill in anywhere, he's the type of kid that could play on the outside or inside.Wondering if Moe Neal will play as a true frosh and break in somewhere in that mix...
Honestly, I'm not sure anyone will benefit from this new offense as much as Lewis. I could see him catching 60 passes next year.Possibly in the slot or backfield. I think Lewis will fill in anywhere, he's the type of kid that could play on the outside or inside.
Seriously. The record books at SU offensively are about to be destroyed. Stay tuned.Honestly, I'm not sure anyone will benefit from this new offense as much as Lewis. I could see him catching 60 passes next year.
Season records will be in jeopardy by week 8 ... Or week 6 depending on Colgate gameSeriously. The record books at SU offensively are about to be destroyed. Stay tuned.
How are Moe's hands? If he isn't a great pass catcher, running back is where he'll go. Those outside guys in this offense have to have great hands. Can't afford bobbles or catching with the body, pure hands.Wondering if Moe Neal will play as a true frosh and break in somewhere in that mix...

They look just fine to me...How are Moe's hands? If he isn't a great pass catcher, running back is where he'll go. Those outside guys in this offense have to have great hands. Can't afford bobbles or catching with the body, pure hands.
Agreed. If healthy, Ben should thrive in this system for a number of reasons including the fact that he has size and is a very good blocker.Honestly, I'm not sure anyone will benefit from this new offense as much as Lewis. I could see him catching 60 passes next year.
I would have seriously considered moving Estime to CB after first year, but I just don't think that the old staff was confident in our WR corps. No Estime in the slot?
Where we putting Womack? Not just special teams, I hope?
Good Point. A poster reported he has good hands, good moves and 4.5 speed. If so, I can see him doing some damage as a receiver once he hits the secondary.Where we putting Womack? Not just special teams, I hope?
harrison, qadry, alec lemon and rob moore out wide
ernie davis and jim brown in the back field, joe morris ready if use the spread wishbone
