Whoever the new HC and AD are, can we please bring back MSG?

Would love for a yearly neutral game with UCONN at MSG. After the gtown rivalry fizzled out, there was NOTHING better than cuse/uconn. Aside from a uconn game, there are so many ways to do it. Preseason tourney, home and home with John’s, or just a neutral against whoever. And the people that keep saying we aren’t good enough anymore, get lost. We’ll be back. Cuse and MSG go hand in hand.

There is nothing like the excitement around an SU hoops game at MSG...if they are relevant. I just would have hated to see SU go there and get stomped on this year (or in recent years I guess). So part of me cannot wait to see SU back there, while the other part of me is relieved that they haven't gotten their teeth kicked in there recently.

My last time there was SU weekend, where new HC Hurley and UCONN curb-stomped us in MSG on Friday night... then the SU v. Notre Dame yankee stadium curb-stomp fiasco with the football team the next day... Subway from yankee stadium died at 30 Rock on way back to our hotel next to MSG... Not a good weekend in the City... sans for the top notch steak dinner we had at Uncle Jack's Steakhouse after the football loss...

I imagine they would find humiliating us in NYC to be worth it. Hopefully those days will be coming to an end.

Maybe hold off on playing UConn there and play someone who's had less recent success.
Would a NOVA vs SU game at MSG work?
Some B1G team would probably play us there. Maybe an Ohio St or Wisconsin?

I would settle for 2 non-conference games against old BE foes. Doesn't even have to be Gtown or Uconn. Villanova, St. John's, even Providence is perfectly fine.
