- Because they are Florida State and we aren’t. They are having a ‘down’ year, meaning that they are as good as we hope to be someday. Probably ever Seminoles player at every positon was a higher recruited guy than the guy we have at the same positon.
- Comparative scores: Louisville- Hey! We win this one 28-62 vs. 20-63!; South Florida 20-45 vs. 55-35; Wake Forest 9-28 vs. 17-6; Clemson 0-54, 34-37; NC State 20-35, 24-20; Boston College 28-20 vs. 45-7.
- We look like lee’s army after Pickett’s Charge. No Eric Dungey. No Jason Emmerich of Colin Bryne. No Omari Palmer. No Steve Clark or Jake Pickard. No Antawn Cordy or Juwan Dowells. I’m sure the Noles have some guys down to at this point in the season. But they can replace them with somebody just as good. We can’t. Their replacements might be better than our starters.
- Dalvin Cook. We have no answer for him.
- Teams have had success getting to Deondre Francois this year but can we mount a pass rush? We may have to blitz quite a bit in which case, see the bullet point above this one. Like Coach mac said, when you blitz, someone’s band is going to be playing.
- Zach Mahoney has done well as a back-up but he’s still a back-up which is why we are 0-3 in those games.
