My issue is this...If 90% of the people took the hits that Dungey took this year, they too would've been concussed multiple time. For that reason, you have to adjust this rule to a case by case basis. I am all for player safety, but it's a coaching issue, or even a player issue when the player continues to play recklessly and not protect himself.
Why I hate the Syracuse concussion policy...
