- We just gained 435 yards, 29 first downs and 27 points, despite 4 turnovers, on the road against the now #17 team in the country. Wagner just lost to Merrimack, a Division II team, giving up 433 yards, 22 first downs and 42 points, (ironically they lost 41-42, just as we did to Northwestern last year). We will hit the half century mark in this game. And there may be a lot more of it to play.

- Broyld and Estime are firecrackers waiting to go off. We just have to keep getting the ball to them.

- Jerome Smith’s carries went up as the season went along last year and the same thing will happen this year, although he may not see the second half in this one. But Shafer and McDonald know what we have in him and they are going to take advantage of his proven talents more and more.

- I have a feeling that we will see more of Qunita Funderburke as well, especially in this game. He looked pretty good in the northwestern game and he may begin to assert himself with more playing time.

- If Allen continues to struggle, we will see Hunt and I think we will see Hunt can do a lot of things for us. If Allen doesn’t continue to struggle we will win easily.

- I still believe this will be a good defensive team. I think the Northwestern game will be an anomaly. I think they will be in an angry mood. They will overwhelm the Wagner offense.

- I think we’ll see an improvement in the kicking game. Ryan Norton and Riley Dixon will be an improvement over the ailing Ross Krautman and the inconsistent Jonathan Fisher.

- I think we are due to a big kick return and a pick six.

- It’s time to start winning again. It starts tomorrow.

I like how you said a big return AND a pick six rather than or... greed is good when your orange!
