- Louisville hasn’t been impressive this season. Bobby Petrino, like George MacDonald, is trying to install the offense he wants with players who can’t run it the way it should be run. They’ve scored 21 against Virginia and 20 against Wake Forest, tams that were a combined 6-18 last year. Their starting quarterback is out and they are using an 18 year old true freshman. Whatever happens they aren’t going to run away with this thing.
- Louisville's sterling defensive numbers have been accumulated against a mediocre Miami team, Murray State, Virginia, Florida International and Wake Forest. We are better than at least 4 of those teams and maybe all five.
- It’s highly unusual to gain 589 yards or tot gain 429 yards and force five turnovers and lose. The highly unusual stuff is bound to stop and we are going to lay a whoopin’ on somebody. You keep moving the ball and good things have to happen eventually. Somebody is going to pay for our frustration.
- Two years ago a Louisville team that was better than this one came into the Dome and left with their tails between their legs after we beat them 45-26. It can happen again.
2-2 with 8+ to go…..
LET’S GO ORANGE!!!
