And on the way off the field, I kid you not, that player "low fived" with a player coming onto the field with the arm/hand the medical team was examining during the injury timeout. You can't coach that...

Saw that too. Most of the Pitt "injuries" on D appeared to be fakes that they didn't even try hard to disguise.

To be fair (not citing you specifically because I honestly don't recall), a good portion, perhaps even the majority of this board shared this sentiment prior to Dino's arrival.

I recall multiple threads on why tempo was ruining the game & should be outlawed.

The other issue is , the referre stands over the ball ...forever! Allows the defense to sub in. Why?

Because we made a sub. If we make a sub, the refs have to give the defense an opportunity to sub.

I thought it was weird when our fans booed OUR injuries. Happened at least twice.

Those were pitt fans, it was coming from my section. They were mocking us boo'ing the hurt pitt players

Isn't there a rule that if there is an injury in the last 2 minutes of a half that there is a runoff or a timeout docked if the team has one and has a choice.

Why is it any different before 2 minutes? So, in other words, it's not OK to fake injuries with less than 2 minutes left but at any other time during the game it is OK??

What kind of rule is that...
