Lot of great ideas if they can be executed well. He seems to really get a lot of the issues that have been talked about with fan experience. Really like featuring the band and fight song more.

I did the email blast after the first few games last year. I'm not sure how but sometimes the email just doesn't make it to the inbox of some accounts. I'm not smart enough to figure out why so I emailed it to the box office to email out if anyone asked for it. Not sure the process this year
