William Kyle appears to be on the shorter side

Height doesn’t mean that much at center anymore. I’m not saying you should be 6’5 playing center, but the days of only being 6’10 and taller are over, you can structure your team around a center that’s only 6’9 and built like a bull who rebounds plays defense and can score and be more than fine, compared to having a 7’2 kid who can’t catch the ball, trips over his shoelaces and has absolutely no game other than being freakishly tall.

Arinze was 6 ft 9 in.

Healthy, I'd take him in a New York minute.
So was Christmas and he dominated taller guys. I would take a 6’8 (Maliq Brown) or a 6’9 center over the 7 foot bumbling duds we’ve had recently.

A real 6’9. WK looks short. Hope it doesn’t matter
lol what the hell do you mean a real 6’9. They’re both quite literally factually and scientifically 6’9. William Kyle is strong and athletic as hell and is by no means slender

He is probably about 6-8, in actuality. Maybe 6-9 in sneakers.

He's tall / big / strong enough. But game film suggests that he isn't much of a defender. An extra inch or two wouldn't change that.

On the other hand, he IS a strong rebounder.

Diawara towers over him. As does Souare and even Sadiq may be a bit taller than him. Hopefully he can hold his own if he starts at center. He’s likely our best shot blocker, and lord knows we need that…
Kyle is 6-9 230 with a 7-3 wing span and 44" vertical. That's what matters way more than the height differences.
